This is in town with city water & sewer. Lot is not shared with home or another guest although it does have neighbors. The back yard is a neighboring farm; you're sure to see wildlife! It's spacious for family fun, child play, & dog friendly. We accept nightly, discounts after 5 nights, then again after 14 nights. Contact owner for those rates. Local "mom & pop" restaurants are close! So are covered bridges for a day drive in farmland!! Or just hang out under the trees & read a book & unplug!

Perfect family getaway near Lake Rathbun!! The lodge has all the modern amenities you would expect and more, but tucked away in the quiet, serene countryside. The living area features high ceilings, an 80" flat screen TV over the wood-burning fire place, pool table and is large enough to accommodate the largest of families. All 4 bedrooms have queen size beds with a single bunk on top. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer facility and 2 large bathrooms. Overlooks a private pond!

We are within a couple miles of state hunting ground for those hunters that need a quick get away to a prime White Tail Deer and Turkey area! Right down the road you will also find Emerald Hills Events where lots of weddings and events are hosted! We are about 10-15 minutes from some really great restaurants and bars as well!
