I recently PCS’d to the area and was tired of living out of hotels, so I was grateful to find John’s listing at Happy Acres. It made a great base camp for house hunting. I stayed in the Serenity unit, which was about 100 meters from the laundry facility and gym. The gym is old-school and well-equipped for a solid workout. The front desk was very responsive to any questions, and the neighbors were all friendly. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll appreciate the many resident cats, all well cared for and part of the community. John runs a tight ship—no nonsense, well-organized, and it shows. The community is quiet, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Definitely a great option if you need a temporary home in the area.

Absolutely amazing experience! Carrie went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only was the Airbnb spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained, but she was also incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was how she went out of her way to help decorate the Airbnb before our arrival, it was a surprise for my boyfriend who had just graduated from boot camp, and thanks to her thoughtful touches, it turned out absolutely perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel so welcomed. 10/10 recommend, and we will definitely be staying here again if we’re ever in the area!

Came to the bluff house for a relaxing weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. Lounged by the pool, sat on the screened back porch, grilled and ate, slept great and watched some movies. Everything was absolutely perfect. Creston provided all the normal amenities plus extras. Only thing missing was a dishwasher. Yes I'm spoiled! Hope to return soon.
