Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This upscale, well-maintained 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath gem has a game room with wet bar, billiards, and foosball. Sweeping decks overlook a swimming pool and a large fenced side yard for your kids or pets to play. The kitchen is a cooks dream. It's a short walk to the ocean and has good sound views. Bluebird Days is walking distance to Hatteras Island Sail Shop, REAL Watersports, and a short drive to the Salvo Day Use Area and local restaurants.

Happy Ours - 2 min to beach, Soundside, pool pass

*No pets*. Happy Ours is close to the beach and Sound, restaurants, coffee shop & local bars. You’ll love the coziness. Our place is good for couples & solo travelers. Queen bed, 32” Roku TV in bedroom, loveseat & bistro table for 2, 24” Roku TV in living room/kitchen. Full size stack Whirlpool washer/dryer. WiFi. Pool pass in summer. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

Enjoy your family vacation here with peace and quiet. Avoid Saturday Traffic - there are no Saturday check-ins/checkouts during Summer. Drive on the Beach - obtain an ORV permit You will really appreciate not sitting in hours of traffic on Saturdays with this check-in/check-out schedule. Brand new for 2025 Air Conditioning in Movie Theatre & Arcade!! The Pool opens March 1st and closes on Nov 30th Pool Heat is offered as an option for $50/night for your entire stay. (no partial days)

Books up fast, perfect for soul searching and miles of secluded beach walks. Amazing Hatteras Island retreat cottage a few short steps to BOTH the ocean and the sound! Walk across the street to the ocean sunrises, or walk down our road to the beautiful sound sunsets! You won't get any closer to both bodies of water anywhere on the island.

Waves Landing is tucked away on a private lot directly on the Pamlico Sound featuring a large back yard with bulkhead & private 35’ dock. Offering a prime location for world class watersports such as kite boarding and wind surfing as well as leisure water sports like fishing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. “The Slick” if you know, you know. And just a 5 minute walk to the beach!
