Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Bring the whole family. Lots of room for fun. Spend time barbecuing on the deck while the sun sets or relax with a fire by the lake. This spacious home is on a secluded private lake with all of the up north vibes but the benefit of being near the city. Nearby amenities include close access to I-75, Great Lakes Crossing, Top Golf and Pine Knob. The place also has a kayak, canoe and fishing gear if you feel like exploring the lake by boat! You can swim, fish, kayak, golf and enjoy the beautiful views on Clear Lake, which is connected to the "Chain of Lakes" to maximize your experience. You are five minutes from downtown Oxford and also close to downtown Lake Orion. The Polly Anne Trail is close by with walking and biking trails. We recently added a NEW king size bed.
