Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. The cottage is located in the countryside village of Ballymacarbry which is situated at the foot of the Nire Valley and is perfect for hikers, with beautiful walking paths. Cyclists with the winding roads of the Sean Kelly circuit and walkers with the many woodland trails. The cottage is also a 10 minute drive from the Comeragh Mountains.

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

We are situated in Bunmahon,County Waterford with views of the Comeragh Mountains and beach.A short drive away is Waterford Greenway,Waterford Crystal,Reginalds Tower,Tramore Beach,The Copper Coast Drive and Unesco Geo Park and Dungarvan Bay.Our local Village is Kilmacthomas,home to the famous Flavahans Porridge and viaduct with bike hire for the greenway,pubs and restaurants.
