E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

There is a large parking area with a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities directly accessible from the main kitchen. And also a covered area to relax in the hot tub. All rooms are newly decorated with central heating throughout the cabin. The main kitchen has all you need for your stay including an outdoor dining area with a TV
