Wow factor, for sure. Reno living at it's finest, with spectacular city & river views! This one bedroom, two bath condo looks over Wingfield Park & is located on the Riverwalk, where you can enjoy many events like movie night on the river, concerts, and shows right across the street. Walk to the movie theater, restaurants, cafes, gastropubs, entertainment, shows, casinos, gyms, bars, or lounges. Downtown entertainment includes wine walks every other Saturday and the Downtown Farmers Market.

Stay at home in Reno

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.

The house is in the heart of the Old Southwest (Newlands) area of Reno, close to vibrant California Street, and not far to the Reno airport. Short walk to the Nevada Art Museum, the Truckee River, and nightlife. A delightful, tree lined street, in the very walkable and friendly " original Reno" neighborhood. Ample parking on a quiet one-way street as well as in the driveway and ..wifi internet download speed of 58.5 MB!
