Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

Private lower-level suite, separate entrance, ground level walkout patio, 2 owners upstairs own area nothing shared. All pics = private area. Xbox S, 200+ games, 4 controllers. Huge yard, basketball, hot tub, patio, firepit. can use owners washer dryer upstairs. 2.6 mi to WSU, 20 min to Powder Mtn, Snow Basin & Nordic Valley ski resorts. Pineview Reservoir nearby fishing/watersports. Lagoon Amusement Park 20 min. SLC Airport 32 min. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families & big groups!
