David's place is one to remember. All of the kids said it was a five star. My middle son travels. He has stayed in many airbnb 's and he said this one was the best one ever. It had everything a kid could ever want. He said when he has kids he will be bringing them here.

A+++ This place was absolutely perfect for our visit and felt incredibly cozy. It had every amenity and kitchen utensil we could have possibly needed, which made cooking our meals so convenient and enjoyable. The sound of the frogs croaking at night from the nearby pond added a peaceful, serene touch, helping us relax and sleep soundly. If I ever find myself in Franklinton again, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay! An added bonus: As someone coming from a big city, we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of light pollution, which gave us the perfect opportunity to stargaze for three nights by the fire on the porch. A truly memorable experience!

Heerlijk rustig huisje in het bos. Goed uitgerust, fijne bedden, mooie locatie. Echt fijne plek om even tot rust te komen en ‘s avonds lekker bij vuurtje buiten te zitten. De host is heel behulpzaam en reageert direct.

Nice secluded location. Very reasonably priced and spacious. The host, Dustin, was very nice unto my family and me. He was also very accommodating to us. What Dustin did for my family while we were there has no words. Thanks can never be enough. If you choose Dustin’s house then know that you have an excellent host and you chose a good place to stay.

I had a great stay. The house is private, clean, and very comfortable. I will definitely book again when I am coming through town.
