This home is built on a bluff along the Pleasant River with the Gulf of Maine just a few minutes away. The property is a working farm with Scottish Highlander Cows, chickens, goats and sheep. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with sink, Traeger pellet smoker, pizza oven, flat grill and gas grill. The indoor kitchen has a 6 burner propane over and great counter space. The house was completely renovated 2023-2024. All new bathrooms, new paint and much new hardwood flooring.

A two mile drive to Acadia's sister park, Schoodic Peninsula. The much quieter, less crowded of the two parks. Schoodic Point has been said to be quite possibly the prettiest spot in all of Acadia National Park. Only 10% of Acadia National Park visitors make the visit to the Schoodic Peninsula.
