This air bnb is lovely, comfortable, spacious and super clean. We were close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a great spot to stay. It fit our family perfectly. Everything was so clean and felt like home. The hot tub was the cherry on top.

Perfect spot for the Highlands Gravel Classic! Hector's place was exactly what I needed - clean, spacious, and less than 15 minutes from the race start. Though family circumstances limited my stay to one night instead of two, I was impressed with the peaceful lakeside neighborhood and how easy Hector made everything from communication to check-in. The three bedrooms offered plenty of space, the kitchen was spotless, and I slept exceptionally well (crucial before race day). Hector was responsive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely recommend to fellow cyclists coming for the race or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a serene setting.

This home was beautiful! Very spacious. Perfect size for a big families/friend groups. Full of everything we needed. The pool and hot-tub were our favorite parts of the house. Pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. Pamela was amazing! She was very communicative and responsive. She responded very quickly and nicely, which we appreciated. I definitely recommend this home!!

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

This was a great place to stay! Super peaceful and serene. Very clean and comfortable. Honestly looks better in person than the photos portray.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us. We were traveling with a toddler and were able to walk to campus, restaurants on the square, shops on Dickson, and the farmers market without having to put her in the car, which was huge. The apartment has good character, and the beds were very comfortable.

Loved the decor! Loved the art! Loved everything for our couples nights! Owner was responsive and was able to accommodate everything we asked. Loved that all the apps for the TV were available and working and we didn’t have to sign in our personal accounts. The tub / shower was amazing also! To Sum it up this place was AMAZING! If I had to give any critique: would’ve liked an extra chair on the porch sitting area.

This was a nice stay. Although it is in an older building, the inside is definitely remodeled and clean. It was conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and within 30-45 minutes of Fayetteville/ Bentonville. Omar, the host, made check-in and check-out easy, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would stay again!

Such a prime location in Fayetteville! The balcony is awesome. As others have mentioned, the shower leaves a bit to be desired. One thing that would be very helpful would be installing a corner shelf to put products. The only issue we had was that the place only comes with one fob which is needed to get into the building. This was an issue for us on Saturday as we had separate plans. They did bring us another fob, but it was too late in the day to help us. If you have two people staying in the unit and aren’t going to be on the same schedule for your entire stay, I would request an additional fob ahead of your check-in. The host is very responsive both ahead of end during the stay. Will definitely book again!

The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The linens were of the best quality and truly elevated the luxurious feel of the condo. We will return.

Such a cute and comfortable place! Fantastic location right on Dickson. They allowed us to check in early, which was so helpful. Parking instructions weren’t displayed in the listing, but when I messaged Mayra she was quick to respond and provide clear instructions. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again for future trips!

We had a great weekend at Allison's place! Very convenient location, close to Campus and great for walking to Dickson street and local restaurants. Easy to find and easy to park. Would recommend it for anyone wanting to be close to U of A and Dickson street.

We loved this condo! Amazing view of Fayetteville and right in the middle of all the action! Such a great location! We had everything we needed and everything was comfortable and cozy!

This place is great. Very clean and modern. Just a short walk to UA campus. Unit overlooks Dickson, has a nice balcony. We felt very safe with parking and accessing the unit was easy. Owner was very responsive to questions/requests. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!
