We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

People love this setup for vacation! (We never rent the two units separately.) Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quite, tranquil, relax. As of 1/1/26 booking rate will be $120 per day. Pool $20 seasonal.

Perfect for one or two couples to share. Full kitchen and laundry along with WiFi and streaming services. Use of 2 kayaks and pedal boat. Just two miles from I-95, so everything in southern New England is just minutes away!!
