Centrally located ground floor, this one-bedroom apartment has just been refurbished with new couches, bed, carpet and floorboards, Smart TV, fast free internet and free movies. Guests can relax on a brand new sofa with an ottoman, the large courtyard where guests can enjoy a home-cooked meals. Please note that the rate is based on 2 guests using the queen bed only. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests (not suitable for children under 10, see Hotel Policies). The downstairs apartment has a private courtyard and french doors that open to a small front yard, amazing value for the full and private use of the apartment.

Situated in Allansford, we are a stones throw away from the Great Ocean Road, a short 200 metre walk to the local pub and milk bar, close to the Freckled Duck bakery, a quick drive to the Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory, just down the road is the Warrnambool Speedway and a short 5-10 minute drive to the Warrnambool CBD.
