Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin size bunks. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Bourbon Escape

Bourbon Escape is located in the hospital district with-in minutes of everything Evansville and Newburgh has to offer. Centrally located between Newburgh and Evansville makes this property a great option regardless if you are visiting for work or play. We are 15 min from Deaconees Sports Park, Goebel Soccer Complex, and Ford Center. The Warrick Wellness Walking Trail is only 400ft away. This beautifully decorated home invites you to relax and enjoy a glass of bourbon or any beverage you choose.

Fully renovated, our 2 bedroom yellow cottage sleeps four. French doors in the kitchen provide bright light, which will welcome you to the patio in the backyard with a grill. Family friendly 2 bed 2 bath! Charming and convenient space in downtown historic Newburgh. Easy walk to the scenic riverfront and downtown area which includes ice cream shops, restaurants, shopping and hair salon. Short walk to beautiful Rivertown Trail! Come explore downtown Newburgh and with easy access to multiple sites in Evansville the location is fantastic! So many family amenities with no stairs inside house, stroller, pack-n-play, outlet covers, kids books, and highchair provided!

RiverTown Retreat – Cozy 2BR Near River & Downtown

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Guest House with acreage to explore.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The wooded property provides maintained walking trails for plenty of wildlife viewing pleasure and exercise. The property also features a swimming pond. Location is 8 miles from Lincoln State Park and Lincoln Amphitheater. 10 miles from Interlake State Off Road Recreation Area. 13 miles from Holiday World. 30 miles from Evansville casinos. This is a four season resort/stay, with long summers and mild winters.

Gorgeous setting with incredible water views from this lower level one bedroom/one bath duplex unit with full bed and queen Murphy bed as well as equipped kitchen. Country living that feels like a resort with a shared deck and gazebo, water access, fire pit, fishing, hiking and wild life. Unit includes private entrance, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, flatscreen tv, WiFi, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, pots/pans. Pets: require non-refundable pet deposit of $250.
