Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin size bunks. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Charming Renovated 3/2: clean, cozy, comfy, quiet

Guests just love this AirBnB! Whole home was recently renovated: all new flooring, new master bath, and a brand new GAS water heater (so you've always got hot water!!) are just a few of the upgrades. The space is adorable & we do details right: coffee ready to pop into the Keurig; fresh, soft towels; laundry detergent; even water waiting for you in the fridge. Safe, quiet area. Family friendly 2 bed 2 bath! Charming and convenient space in downtown historic Newburgh. Easy walk to the scenic riverfront and downtown area which includes ice cream shops, restaurants, shopping and hair salon. Short walk to beautiful Rivertown Trail! Come explore downtown Newburgh and with easy access to multiple sites in Evansville the location is fantastic! So many family amenities with no stairs inside house, stroller, pack-n-play, outlet covers, kids books, and highchair provided!

RiverTown Retreat

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Large updated home. Sleeps 10, 7 beds,3 full baths

You will be welcomed by 3,400 square foot updated home. Great for families, and business travelers yet cozy enough for 2-4 as downstairs sleeps up to 4, full bath, dedicated work space. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, bedroom suite great for kids, 1 full bed and bunk beds full bottom, twin top. Trundle under bunk beds only for toddler. Please review photos as house sleeps 10, we only have 7 beds, 3 being in kids suite. Game room w/ PacMan. Air hockey, other games and toys.

Historic Downtown Newburgh

Restored 1938 home with original oak floors. You will have this sunny and homey house all to yourself. We have WiFi. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 3 blocks from the Ohio River and the River Walk. There are a couple of restaurants that overlook the river and within walking distance. We have plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas, a theatre and only 10 minutes from the east side of Evansville. Newburgh is a great walking town with historical houses and civil war history.

Large brick 3 Bed/1 bath house with fenced yard

This large three bedroom, one bath, house on the east side of Evansville, has all the amenities of home. This newly remodeled house is minutes from major shopping areas, Gateway Hospital, and Deaconess Sports Park. It is also only five minutes from St. Vincent Hospital. Situated on a dead end street, the safe quiet neighborhood is easy to navigate to to all major chain restaurants, highways, and roads. The off street parking includes a carport and concrete drive for multiple vehicle.

Enchanting historical home with River View

There is just something about this house that can’t be described which made me want to share it with others. You will love the peaceful and relaxed setting. Nestled on a hill in historical downtown Newburgh, this home built in 1862 has an undeniable charm. It’s perfectly situated to view the activities of a small quaint downtown along with scenes of the river. Downtown offers clothing boutiques, bakeries, specialty shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Cheerful 4BR 2.5BA Home, Backyd Playset & Fire Pit

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home in Southern Indiana with easy and direct access to beautiful Newburgh/Evansville area. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 1 master with a private bathroom. 2 separate queen bedrooms with a shared full bath. And a bunk bedroom with a full and a twin mattress on top bunk. I also will leave a queen air mattress for guests to use.
