PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. **The suite may not be safe or suitable for children under 12** Tonquin's Rest is a beautiful private suite in the upstairs of a 1903 Victorian home in Astoria's tranquil Uppertown neighborhood. The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 30 minute drive to the beach.
