Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! My home is a very quaint, clean, and private space in a very walkable and welcoming community. Historic Irvington is full of several eateries, coffee shops and a brewery within steps. Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

We’re located in Castleton (Far North Indy) close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, & all the highways in Indy. WE LIVE UPSTAIRS. Guests fail to read the entire listing so please do. Ruoff Music Center-12 min, downtown-20 min, Convention center-25 min, Grand Park-25 min, Airport-35 min. Fishers Event Center-8 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

Enjoy walks with a cup of coffee to take in all of Historic Irvington, or simply relax in this quiet retreat and enjoy the only table shuffleboard in a private rental in all of Indianapolis! A fully stocked kitchen allows for longer stays. We offer no-contact check-in, but we are nearby to help out if needed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a charming tiny house surrounded by trees and birdsong, you can unplug and relax without going too far off the beaten path. Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

This is a one bedroom duplex with a living room, eat-in kitchen which is fully stocked, and another small lounging area in the basement. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Very close to public transportation, or a $10 to $20 Uber or Lyft to downtown and most attractions in the area. Restaurants, coffee shops, brewery all within walking distance. Persons of all backgrounds are welcome.
