Stylishly decorated to be a cozy retreat inside, a 3/4 wrap around porch offers stunning views from all angles. We love this place so much and hope you will too!

Grumpy’s Getaway

So glad Grumpy's is finally finished, it's been a fun 4-year complete remodel project, working weekends and constantly looking for pieces to make it Unique. Grumpy's Getaway is located directly across the road from Rock Island State Park, It has 2 bedrooms, a walk in shower, a wraparound Porch with a Hot Tub perfect for relaxing. Also, have a 50 amp RV plug at the corner of the Cabin for EV Car charging if needed, We Do Not offer a clean out station. Firewood and Kindling are provided.

Spacious, private 3/2 cabin on 5 acres on the Collins River. Perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, and hiking! PET FRIENDLY! Note: there is a housefly problem over the winter months. You’ll see a few at the doors and windows.
