Built by Alexander Cameron in 1869, it is within walking distance to the Main Street of Penola, giving easy access to restaurants, hotels, cafes and the historical Petticoat Lane. The cottage backs onto a family friendly town square, playground and public pool with plenty of room for your children to play. Dogs are welcome - larger dog owners please note that the fence is only 90cm high.

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy.
