Scandi-Style Loft Close to Cosmopolitan Norwood Parade

Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

‘Lovely space in a beautiful area, incredibly convenient for an Adelaide stay, with super hosts.’ Hart Studio is a self-contained guesthouse in the leafy inner Adelaide suburb of Unley, just minutes walk from vibrant King William Road with its trendy boutiques and restaurants, and a ten minute drive to the Adelaide CBD. The studio has 1 bedroom (& sofa bed), a lounge/dining/kitchen area and a private patio. It is set amidst lush gardens and is a home away from home with everything provided.

Welcome to my place! A well designed and fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment for either 2-3 people family\friends trip or business travellers. Right in the city centre and convenient to go to any landmarks in the city within walking distance. Nearby bus stations with Free City Loop Bus 98A, 98C, 99A, 99C take you anywhere in Adelaide. One queen-size bed and a double size sofa bed allow you to relax completely after an exciting trip or a busy day of work. Swimming Pool and Sauna is open.

The Haven

"The Haven" is a fully self-contained, independent flat. It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ.

The Library Loft- City views, relaxing spa, pool.

Stay in our spacious loft. Please note: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private. Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services but a hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa cost included in nightly rate stay.

Urban garden studio

Our home is close to parks, cinema, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to the beach. You’ll love our home because of the outdoor space, the pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and close proximity to the city (3 minute walk to bus stop), the beach and the Adelaide Hills . Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast.
