New apartment in a fantastic quiet location 10 mins easy stroll to the waters edge and town. Property consists of one big living area, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with most necessities supplied. Very clean and tidy ground floor apartment with easy check-in. Located at the front of the premises. It is self contained with it's own private entry and north facing verandah and views towards the sea. Parking is away from the street Unlimited WiFi, Netflix, no ads YouTube

Contemporary Stylish 1 BDR Mt Martha Apartment

Bright and clean apartment only a few minutes drive from Mt Martha's renowned cafes and restaurants, Safety Beach or Mt Martha Beach. 10 to 30 minute drive to local attractions. We are hidden away from the hustle and bustle so a car is a must to get around. The kitchen is for light meals only and won't suit a master chef. If you want to work and need fast internet our apartment is not for you. The apartment is under the same roof as our home so you may hear our kids.

Entire apartment with Ocean and Cape Woolamai view

Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

Mount Eliza Sunset Apartment

Light filled and very spacious, elegant one bedroom apartment with a pull out QS sofa bed also available in separate lounge room. We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner arm chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area, or watch our Smart TV enjoying your complimentary wine and food platter. The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.
