Die Lage der Ferienwohnung, mit Blick auf die Basilika, eignet sich perfekt für Radfahrer und Wanderer. Im Garten und Balkon stehen Gartenmöbel, Sonnenstühle und Grill zu Verfügung. Relaxen Sie auch einfach in der Hängematte unter den Bäumen. Es gibt einen Stellplatz (öffentliche E-Auto Ladestation 150m entfernt). Vor Ort gibt es: Bäcker, Metzger, Obstgeschäft, Bioladen, Getränkemarkt und Weinhandlung. Supermärkte sind 1km entfernt. In der Stadt gibt es einige fußläufig erreichbare Restaurants.

Kleine Wohnung im Fichtelgebirge

Sie sind in 5 Gehminuten im Freibad sowie bei der Minigolfanlage und einem kleinen Fußballplatz. Der Supermarkt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit dem Auto in ca 5 Minuten. Auch ist eine Pizzeria fußläufig erreichbar. Durch die unmittelbare Lage an der tschechischen Grenze ist auch ein Ausflug nach Karlsbad (40 Minuten) oder der Besuch andere kleiner Städte möglich. Bekannt sind auch die Luisenburg-Festspiele und die umliegenden Wanderwege und Seen, welche zum Wandern und Baden einladen.

Unsere großzügig gestaltete Ferienwohnung liegt in der landschaftlich reizvollen nördlichen Oberpfalz. Wir halten hier Gnadenbrotpferde in artgerechter Offenstallhaltung, Ponyreiten und Ausritte sind nach Absprache möglich. Es gibt einen Spielplatz für Kinder, einen Grillplatz, eine Lagerfeuerstelle. 2020 fertiggestellt und damit ist ein Traum von mir wahrgeworden. Der Trend mit weniger ist mehr habe ich persönlich erfahren - zunächst müssen und es als Chance gesehen. Es ist alles da, was du zum wohnen brauchst und ein liebevoller Garten. Das Wohlfühlen meiner Gäste steht für mich an erster Stelle. The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

V podhůří Krušných hor nedaleko Karlových Varů a Klínovce jsme z historické stodoly vytvořili jedinečný prostor pro společné chvíle, klid i odpočinek. Lokalita je skvělá pro výlety do hor (Jáchymov, Boží Dar nebo Oberwiesenthal) stejně jako pro objevování okolí. Čeká vás velkorysý společný prostor s výhledem do krajiny, krb, dlouhý stůl pro společné snídaně i večeře, sauna (od 09/2026) a dvě oddělené ložnice. Na terase máme k dispozici koupací sud (použití za příplatek).
