Woodburner and heatpump make this property an ideal choice when selecting your getaway all year around. Excellent off street parking. King bed can be split into 2 singles plus 2 Queen Bedrooms (one with ensuite).

Fully insulated, double glazed with a Smart TV, coffee machine and master bedroom with ensuite, this is luxury living. The deck is perfect for catching the afternoon sun and either watching the sunset or the kids play on the the large section.

Snow Pine Apartment is a newly built Apartment consisting of 2 units. They share the same entrance and game room but have their own secured space. This 3-bedroom unit has 3 ensuite bedrooms, a living area, modern kitchen and laundry facility. It is ideal for both long term or short term rental. It takes 15 minutes to walk or 4-minute to drive from this house to Supermarket, lakeside, or town business center. This unit is wheelchair accessible.

Tasman Studio has a stunning view of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. It has one queen bed and one single bed, interior decorated in glacier blue color. Matariki Star is located in a newly developed subdivision just 15 minutes to town by walk. It is a big 4-bedroom & 3-bathroom house including 2 master enusites and 2 guest bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 8 people. There is floor heating in all bathrooms which maintains your comfort. The newly decorated lounge and well-equipment kitchen will make you feel at home.

Black Box

There is nothing you won't love about Black Box. Brand new, incredibility well equipped, stunning views, all the ammenities you could hope for, plenty of parking space on a large fully fenced section + its only a 5 minute walk to lake Ruataniwha. This is literally the best place thin the world to make memories and the whole family can come, Black Box is pet friendly!

Supernova B

The modern Supernova B is 2-bedroom accommodation that has stunning views of Lake Tekapo, Mt. John, and the Alpine ranges. Two large king bedrooms share one modern bathroom with floor heating, sleeps up to 5 people. It is a duplex home and can be booked separately or with Supernova A, which makes it a big 5-bedroom house for larger family groups (up to 12 people).

Solandra Lodge is a semi detached house on our lifestyle block in the magical Ida Valley. Surrounded by farmland you'll find this a great place to relax. With modern amenities and loads of space both indoors and outdoors it's a great place for a family or a romantic get-away. The service town of Omakau is only 10 mins away by car and Alexandra is 30 mins away.
