Great place with killer views and Abbie the host was very responsive and super helpful

This is a great place to stay at Lake Tekapo, it’s just tucked away from all the crowds and new developments and feels like a genuine escape! The log burner made the place cozy and the outside tub was lovely, sadly no stars for us as heavy cloud cover. A really nice place to stay with little touches of luxury.

Maxene’s place is a dream stay and one of the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve experienced 😇 The ocean view from the living room is truly top-level, making every moment inside feel like a retreat. Just one minute down the private stairs to the beach, you’ll find yourself completely lost in the magic of hanging out with sea seals and soaking in the peaceful beauty of the coastline 🦭 The house itself is cozy, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully prepared, offering the perfect balance of comfort and nature. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and every detail makes you feel at home. This is the kind of place where you can truly reset, slow down, and be present. Maxene is a super kind host, always making sure everything is right for her guests. 非常干净非常完美的民宿，厨房用具非常全。方便停车、离牧羊人教堂只有几百米距离。厨房设有面包机、微波炉、洗碗机、海尔的煤气灶、海尔的烤箱、海尔的冰箱..卫生间有烘干架，床上有电热毯，洗衣机，烘干机一应俱全。所有所需的物品都可以在橱柜里轻松找到，非常推荐～

This is a quintessential family batch, it oozes love out of every corner. Every thing you need is there, we are always very prepared but if you are not like us then you will find the basics accounted for. The view is just amazing, you could just spend the day watching the surfers and walkers on the beach, the weather change or just the waves roll in. Easy walk to the beach and a car ride or 40min walk to the cafe/dairy. The best part for us is being dog friendly, be mindful that it is not fenced for doggies so you have to watch them, ours is like Velcro so had no issues. I would totally recommend if you need to find a place to decompress and enjoy a holiday home that has roots deep set in family.

Das Haus ist sehr modern gebaut und eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht - Gewürze, Milch, Kaffee (Nespressokapseln). Die Unterkunft hat einen tollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Einziger „Minuspunkt“, es wäre toll den Ausblick mit einem Grill und einer Terrasse im Garten noch mehr genießen zu können. So haben wir hinter einer großen Fensterfront mit französischen Balkon gesessen, was wiederum vorteilhaft ist wenn es kalt ist. Ein toller weitläufiger Strand zum spazieren, baden, surfen ist ca. 8 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung für den Cube
