Originally built in 1913 by the Priestley family, the building initially housed a saddlery on the ground floor, with a dentist's clinic on this very floor. This space is quiet and comfortable with a queen bed in a separate bedroom, living area with tv, sofa, table, kitchenette (portable hobs only) plus bathroom. A 15-20 minute walk to all that Cambridge has to offer, cafes, supermarkets, shops, walking and cycling tracks plus Lake Te Koo Utu. Pets strictly by prior arrangement only.
