This recently renovated free standing 2 bedroom house is perfect for your next beach or golfing holiday. It has a lounge / dining, kitchen and toilet downstairs with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The house is located opposite the 16th tee of the Waitemata Golf course and minutes from the fabulous Narrow Neck Beach, Wakatere boat club & cafe. Cosy Boutique Rural Cottage - Kakariki Cottage

Cosy Rural cottage in a private and peaceful setting nestled between feijoa hedges. Private access and set back from main road. Bed is on Mezzanine floor Ample deck to enjoy a evening sunset. Located 5 minutes from Aucklands Southern motorway and just 35 minutes from the CBD, and 20 minutes from Auckland Intl Airport. A great place to get away from the busy city. Also handy to the Karaka Bloodstock Centre for those with Equine interests. Plenty of room for parking (including a horsefloat).

Perfectly located in a genuine Little Oneroa position less than 5 minutes walk to gorgeous Little Oneroa Beach (approx 350 metres away) with its beautiful white sands, a playground for the kids and a conveniently located dairy.
