D6 is a self-contained unit in the Wataki Lakes Apartments on the Alps to Ocean cycle trail, in the middle of the Waitaki Whitestone UNESCO Global Geopark & abutting the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve. Views of Mt Totara. Over the golf course is Lake Aviemore, popular for boating, with many walks nearby. Hot dry summers, crisp sunny autumn & spring, cold snowy winters. Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Forest Bliss is a sustainable exotic forest surrounded by pasture lands. Just a one minute walk to cafes, shops and the town centre, this three bedroom (2 rooms with queen beds and one bunk - double bed with single on top) is family friendly or great for those on the bike trails. A nice large kitchen and comfortable lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace and a large heat pump that heats the whole house. The garage can be available on request for E-bike charging.
