Good location. It is close to stores but a vehicle is required. The view was amazing and the beach on site was small but had easy access. The size was perfect for our small family. The only downside was the vehicle traffic on the road alongside the resort. It was much busier and louder than anticipated. We had an issue the first night but after contacting the Whalers Investment Group, the issue was resolved quickly.

Amazing location and great unit in Puamana. We loved eating all of our meals on the front lanai watching the waves roll in. Perfect for our family of four. Catherine's communication was excellent and helpful throughout the process! Highly recommended!

Wonderful location and beautiful home- next to beach and close to Lahaina. Catherine and her team were great to work with and made everything go as seamless as possible.

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

This was an amazing place to stay. It was clean and perfectly situated between towns in any direction for quick and easy driving. Being right at the ocean is priceless. There is a beach within walking distance and a small shopping center with restaurants and small shops that can also be walked to. There were a few turtles in the water that we got to watch and enjoyed watching the sunrises come up over the mountain each morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again if I ever return to Maui!

We really enjoyed this condo in Wailea. Great location with pristine grounds, lovely pool, and wonderful beach just steps from pool. Unit was as billed. Comfortable and clean! Would come back again.

The condo is as advertised if not better, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook or grill. Its just a couple of minutes from town with many restaurant and shopping options, you are literally a couple of steps away from the ocean from the patio. We were there during hurricane Lane and a huge brush fire that came within a couple hundred yards away, we lost power and water for several days but Catherine and Dave were very helpful during and even after the stay they graciously refunded us half of our rate for the inconvenience that was obviously not their fault. I highly recommend this condo and guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Catherine!

This condo located on Maalea Bay was perfectly located for all of the sightseeing we wanted to do. Fifteen minutes from the airport and no more than thirty minutes from some of the most spectacular beaches on Maui, the towns of Kayla, Kannapali, Kihei, and Wailea. Easy drive to shopping by and restaurants. We recommend visits to Ocean Vodka in Kula and Maui Gold Pineapple. Gave up trying to visit Haleakala Crater due to clouds and rain. Again the ease of the location made the trip to the mountain a little over an hour one way. Molokini crater was visible from our 6th floor lanai and we watched the tour boats as they departed early in the morning, as we watched sunrise over Haleakala. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the kitchen was on the small side but workable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet, older but well-maintained and within walking distance (or short drive) to the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, Maalea Bay Harbor, a Starbucks and a gas station. Great unit, cute private condos. Private beach access, which was quite lovely. Access to 3 pools, one of which overlooks the ocean. Super close to downtown Lahaina. Also nearby to Lahaina Pali Trail. Check in- check out process was super easy. We would 100% stay again!

Puamana is a special place. Had not stayed in this unit before and really enjoyed also having an excellent office area looking over the ocean. Kitchen, W/D, and A/C all worked well along with all other components of the unit and the lanai is well positioned for sunsets since the clubhouse patio loss. Hope to return!

Spacious, well appointed condo. Lives like a three bedroom, upper two rooms are open lofts to living area. Teenagers loved it. All the beach accessories you need to explore Maui beaches. Loved walking to harbor restaurants. Small town which felt quaint and unique. Grounds and unit are well maintained. Hope to return in future.

The condo was perfect for our family, very clean, beautiful view, and we saw sea turtles every day! The location worked well for us as we wanted to be able to explore various parts of the island. But it is not really centrally located in one particular area, so just something to keep in mind. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and everything looked almost brand new and in great condition.

Loved the location! Walkable to whale boat, aquarium and small beach while also centrally located for day trips all over the island. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for the beach.

We had such a wonderful time in beautiful Puamana and Patrick was a superb host underway, helping us with local recommendations and any odd query. We are not even home, yet already thinking about our next visit!

Great location 10 minutes from the beach. Clean, beds were comfortable, had all the amenities listed. Mary was very responsive both before and during the stay.

We had an amazing time here! It was so nice to have beach towels, dish soap, laundry detergent and a starter shampoo and conditioner. We felt right at home and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 kids. This place did not disappoint and the hosts were so responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach. Bbq area and pool on grounds. Although the condo itself has a menial amount of road noise, the community is very calm and quiet. Enjoyable lanai. Condo looks to have been recently remodeled so is quite nice.

I can’t recommend Karl’s condo enough if you’re heading to Maui! It was absolutely perfect—beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well-located. Karl was an exceptional host: responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean—it truly sets the tone for a relaxing getaway. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, and the resort amenities are a great bonus. I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and even some of the on-site games when I wasn't out exploring. The location is ideal—peaceful yet close to amazing food. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This place is a great getaway spot within a private community that has very close private beach access among the beautiful plants and trees covering the property. Inside, the place is very luxurious and is one of the more well-stocked Airbnb's we've been to, especially in the kitchen. The lanai on the 2nd floor is a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Maui weather. Definitely recommend.
