Named Kuaotunu Skyline since we call the top of the farm the Skyline because of the spectacular views of ocean and sky. Each site is convenated by QEII National Trust who describe Mahakirau "outstanding for it's ecology and wildlife value with brown kiwi, kaka, Hochsetetter's and Archey's frogs all present".
