This home is beautiful, just as described. Just 2 of us but booked for 3 to have the entire home & that was the best decision made. Everything was clean & tidy, host supplied all the basic essentials. The home is in a great location and the spa pool was the best! Used it every morning and night. The home had a Bluetooth speaker we connected to while using the bbq area and spa. The neighbours were great, cause we didn’t know if anyone was there or not. So peaceful and so close to the beach. The host is a great communicator! Bonus you get to park your car on site and close the gate for privacy. We loved every bit of our time here. Thank you again for letting us stay 🥰

I made this booking on behalf of my mum and her friend, so they could have a weekend away. They came back raving about what a beautiful place it was to stay and how "at home" they felt. Based on their feedback, I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay here. The location is very peaceful and perfect for kayaking when the tide is in. Also great for walks with the dogs; we got join the locals for a walk at 8:30. We were lucky with the weather and the quiet suited us very well. Also, the BBQ has a side panel which we used to cook food outside in a pan. Thanks for the stay - we had a restful time doing not a lot! :)

I needed a place that was peaceful and would allow me to recover and this beautiful cottage provided me with that and more. With a beautiful view from every window and the only sounds being the bird song and the breeze in the trees, it was a perfect place for me to re-energise and refuel. I highly recommend this cottage and the care of the hosts. There was also a much appreciated bag of fresh fejoas and apples - truly spoilt!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kayaking was great, and the BBQ was wonderful to have. Plenty of linen/towels, a well equipped kitchen and lots of outdoor seating. Could walk into town and only a short drive to Ngaranui beach. We would love to stay again!

Very nice and quiet place, clean and full of light areas inside, comfortable sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of things for breakfast and cooking, excellent devices throughout. The weather was just perfect, so cannot say anything about the aircon as it was not needed, but the double-glazed windows suggest that the place is well-protected against less friendly conditions. The host provided us with valuable info and was very easy to communicate with. Many thanks to Jason - it was a wonderful time!

Beautiful, peaceful stay away from the city with stunning scenic views. Lovely furnishing and well thought out creature comforts for a home away from home feel. Our daughter loved the animals and the daffodil paddock as well. Would highly recommend this lovely Villa.

Our stay at Vicki's place was simply wonderful! The house is beautifully appointed, with a stylish and comfortable interior that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Vicki was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable stay. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a tranquil and beautiful retreat.

This property is ideal for a couple. Excellent location for Ngarunui beach walks, eating out in Raglan, visiting Bridal Veil Falls. The amenities are as described and everything is clean and functional. Owen kept us in touch before and during the stay. We appreciated the gift of Raglan chocolate.

We had a wonderful stay!! The cottage was beautiful - very clean and just had a really nice at home vibe. Weather was terrible but lit the fire and was so cosy. It had an amazing outlook. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Derek and Andrea

LOVELY! Beautiful location and extremely comfortable! Loved being right on the estuary, easy walk in to town, and the apartment was well stocked for cooking meals. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed all the movies in the console and were happy to be so comfortable in our favorite holiday location.

This is quite possibly the BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Was looking for a peaceful getaway from Auckland and this cottage proved to be the perfect place. Waking up to the sounds of birds in the yard and being able to have my morning coffee on the private porch was perfect. Great use of space with everything you need while at the same time being super short walk to all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a solo getaway or a couples retreat. You really can’t beat this place.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home a bit off the beaten track - but still very conveniently located. Great comfortable beds, peace and quiet - we enjoyed our stay in Toi Toi valley very much. Beautiful scenery, lots of birds including kingfisher in the back garden. The shepherds pie was really appreciated and enjoyed after a day trip to Waitomo Caves. Waikato roads are brilliant and driving in this area is fantastic. Thanks Tim & Michelle

Sally's cottage is located just out of Cambridge. The location is within a rural residential environment and has some sheep, cows and horses in the area. It suited our needs very well. The cottage was clean with everything we required. Sally's response to requests were prompt and courteous. Lovely place to stay.
