Πρόκειται για μια μονοκατοικία 90τ.μ, με 3 υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα-καθιστικό και WC με μπανιέρα. Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Δασκαλόπετρας, 150μ. από την ομώνυμη παραλία και το λιμανάκι. Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να βρει στην περιοχή ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, μίνι μάρκετ κ.α. Σε 150 περίπου μέτρα νοτιότερα βρίσκεται η οργανωμένη παραλία "Όρμος Λω".
