Moroccan Oasis Nestled on the City Bowl Hillside

Perched on the Tamboerskloof hills overlooking the City Bowl, this humble, beautifully textured and colorful home offers a cool, tranquil escape from the bustle of the town below. Stepping under the huge lemon tree, past the little sun-drenched plunge pool and through the antique studded door, you'll feel as if you were just plucked from a Moroccan seaside village, complete with mosaic tiles, woven ceiling mats and raw stone walls. Both bedrooms and the entire living and kitchen space open separately through big doors to the outside areas, cooled by the shade of the trees. Here's your oasis!!! Guests have full access to the home. I live nearby and am always available should you need anything. This home is in a hip neighbourhood on the side of Signal Hill. Round the corner is one of the city's oldest delis, currently called The Blue Café. Stroll downhill to quickly reach a cluster of restaurants, bars, delis, and shopping centres. Uber is hands-down the easiest and cheapest way to get around. The home itself is quite far up a steep hill, so walking from the bus stop (especially with your shopping) can be testing. If you do have your own car, there’s space for a normal-sized car inside the garage area. Garbage collection - the truck comes to collect every Thursday. I’d ask that guests please roll the big bin out onto the street before 8am in the morning. Please do not put the bin out the night before.

Come cool off in the sparkling pool of this three bedroom, modern chic contemporary villa. Centrally located in Cape Town City Bowl - Higgovale, situated on the slopes of Table Mountain. Clad almost entirely in timber and featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, the indoor-outdoor experience of this home is exceptional. Free high speed fiber WiFi and secure parking for two cars. A large comfortable two bedroom anex to main house with x2 bathrooms, (with full premium DSTV and uncapped fibre WiFi ) plus a pool.(salt warer). Centrally located, half way between Table Mountain and Cape Point. Perfectly located to make the most of your stay in Cape Town. Close to world famous Kirstenbosch Gardens & all popular shopping centres. Kingsbury Hospital 2,6km and Kenilworth Race Course is a 5 min walk we are only a 12 minutes drive from the V&A Waterfront and CBD city bowl.

Newly Renovated Family Home with Plunge Pool

This is a beautifully designed modern three-bedroom house located in the vibey De Waterkant village, on the border of Green Point, and within walking distance of all amenities. The house was masterfully laid out by a Cape Town architect to capture the Cape Town light. The interiors have been carefully and beautifully designed by a Cape Town designer to ensure every luxury and convenience. The house is peaceful and quiet. It is also ideally situated for work or for a holiday experience.

Cozy living in a boutique heritage Woodstock home

Modern living in this neat Pinterest style home in upper woodstock. The two cozy bedrooms are bright and have a queen and a double sized bed and workspace areas. The entire space has recently been renovated so expect a beautiful modern bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The views from the property are spectacular, you can see Lion's Head, Signal Hill, Table bay and Cape Town harbour. Stunning house in Devil's Peak

This bright, stunning house, located in Devil's Peak, gives you beautiful 360-degree views of Cape Town. Centrally located, it's the perfect place to explore the city and its surrounds. The house is set up to take full advantage of the magnificent view of the city and Table Mountain. The house is walking distance from shops and restaurants in a friendly neighbourhood. The house is very safe and secure with an alarm and an electric fence system.
