Watch a spectacular sunset from the private, rim-flow heated pool of this oceanfront paradise every evening. The magnificent bungalow features flowing indoor-to-outdoor spaces, open layout living areas, luxurious finishes, a beautiful deck with pool, sun loungers and different seating areas and a unique garden overlooking the ocean, a barbecue area, and exclusive access to one of the most famous beaches in the world. This bungalow is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. This bungalow faces the desirable direction of North West and is right on the beach at the bottom of the steps on third beach. It has unparalleled views and includes a beautiful garden and barbecue and heated rim pool that looks directly onto the beach. Situated on the Western Cape’s famous Atlantic Seaboard, Clifton is noted for the shelter it is given from the prevailing South Westerly winds during April to March and protection from the North Westerly winds in the winter time. Its four dazzling white granite sand beaches are separated by granite boulders. All the beaches are Blue Flag which means that safety is maximised and the impact of tourism on the environment is controlled. State of the art security linked up to armed response company 24/7. Alarm and keypad and electric fence. Pool and garden are available to guests that make your accommodation unique and special. We have keys and a keypad for access into the bungalow. We will check you in personally. I am available by phone and email. We have two staff available onsite each day to assist with whatever is needed. Clifton Third Beach is one of the most famous locations and beach in the world. This magnificent bungalow is located a few steps away from the ocean and beach and comprises everything you need for a glorious holiday on the beach. Enjoy swimming in the pool overlooking the ocean, watch glorious sunsets and relax on the sun loungers on the deck. The bungalow is a kilometer away from restaurants, night life and shops in Camps Bay and Sea point. Car and Uber is best way to get around or walk on beautiful beach front. From the airport use either an Uber or taxi and use the address 22 Victoria Rd Clifton. Then when you arrive you will be at the parking and bus stop of third beach clifton. Walk down the steps opposite to the bus stop side keeping left until you reach bungalow 26 at the bottom a few steps away from the beach. You can always call us on arrival and we will fetch you from the parking as well. Since the bungalow is self catering, a cleaning service is needed at approximately R250-R350 per day. Each bedroom is made up of 3 king beds that can be separated into 2 single beds in each room on request.

Curl up on the olive velvet sofa, then whip up a snack in the minimal black and marble kitchen to refuel before a coastal stroll. This haven right on the beachfront brings the outdoors in with a patio for alfresco dining admiring stunning sunsets. A newly refurbished studio apartment located on the Camps Bay beachfront, close to the Camps Bay strip of restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the notorious Clifton beaches. The apartment has an open plan bedroom, lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom with a private outside patio with dining table & chairs, sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue. The studio also has private access from the beachfront directly up to the apartment. Access is from Victoria Road, with a private entrance with stairs up onto the private patio overlooking the ocean. Street parking is available on Victoria Road and adjacent side streets nearby. I am available to assist guests however I can to make there stay more comfortable. I love hosting guests and providing local suggestions and tips so that you can fully enjoy your stay in my home town of Cape Town and the most beautiful suburb of Camps Bay. Camps Bay is one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas in Cape Town with views of the 12 Apostles and the beach. The property has easy pedestrian access to Victoria Road and is less than a minute's walk from many restaurants and bars. You can walk anywhere in Camps Bay. Uber is very reliable in Cape Town. My Citi bus is a reliable bus service with links to the City, Seapoint and Hout Bay. There is a staircase which has direct access to the beach road. The studio is perfect for a couple or single person and has a private patio overlooking the ocean.

Stroll to the Beach from a Central Camps Bay Apartment

Eat a delicious barbecue on the spacious deck surrounded by tropical plants and views of the sea. This chic apartment has been elegantly furnished. Its open living area leads seamlessly into the garden through the French doors. The apartment has high speed internet wifi- 100mbps - Fibre - uncapped. The apartment is centrally located in Camps Bay , with sea views. It is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Apartment has its own private entrance. Large deck to eat out on and enjoy the beautiful Camps bay evenings. There is also an outside Barbeque available. I am always available should my guests require any information or advise on Cape Town. The apartment is in Camps Bay, a beautiful beach suburb in Cape Town. As a backdrop it has the famous Table Mountain on one side and the stunning beach on the other. There are many top restaurants located on the beachfront strip. Modern public bus service runs regularly from Camps Bay to city center and waterfront shopping area
