A cheap and chic studio in the center of the old town of Nafplio Fully equipped and situated in a quiet neighborhood The apartment is designed for convenience with easy step-free access. There are no stairs to climb just a smooth, flat path to the entrance Only 20 meters from the bus station and 200 meters from the port and the central square! You can also visit Arvanitia beach on foot! The apartment has undergone partial renovation, including wall painting and improved soundproofing, on 12/2024

Deluxe Suite with view of Palamidi Fortress

Recommended for 2 adults & 2 children or 4 adults. Not accommodating 2 couples. The Suite is a 45 m2 luxury loft apartment with amazing view of mountaintop Palamidi fortress. It boasts minimal styling with equipment from well-known designers. This loft has interior stairs leading to the roof top floor which has 2 connecting bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Easy access to the local beaches, the historical center, restaurants etc. Car not necessary; everything within walking distance.

THE APARTMENT OF 136 m2,CENTRAL AND QUIET CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 8 PEOPLE. IT ALSO COMES WITH AN EQUIPPED KITCHEN . OUR GARDEN OF 800 SQM HAS OLIVE TREES AND LOTS OF OTHER VEGETABLES THAT WE GROW. WE ALSO HAVE AN AREA WITH TORTOISES SOMETHING THAT KIDS WOULD LOVE.THERE IS DIRECT TRAIN TO THE ATHENS AIRPORT AND CITY OF ATHENS. THE HOUSE IS ALSO NOT FAR FROM THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES OF ANCIENT CORINTH AND NEMEAS.LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THERE ARE 3 BEACHES NEARBY AND THE ONE IS LOCATED JUST OPPOSIT.

The large openings make the apartment bright, while the spacious rooms and the modern equipment provide comfort, satisfying all the needs for the accommodation of up to 5 people. The privileged location in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Nafplio, gives immediate and easy access to the historic center (1.2km), while there is space available for parking on the road just outside the apartment.

Το Almiri's house είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο σπίτι κατάλληλο για τις οικογενειακές και ήσυχες διακοπές που πάντα θέλατε. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Kanathos apartment

Το kanathos apartment είναι ένα ισόγειο, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα, κατασκευασμένο το 2018, που βρίσκεται στο Ναύπλιο, 1,5χλμ. από το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι Queen-size και Loft με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, με δυνατότητα διπλού. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλήρη κουζίνα, φούρνο, εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κλπ. Έχει επίσης βεράντα περίπου 30τμ με τραπέζι και καρέκλες κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση. Διαμορφωμένο κατάλληλα για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες.

Modern minimal rustic apartment near the sea

A minimal rustic style, ground floor apartment with a cozy back yard. Decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood.Guests are able to park just outside the house. The modern town of Corinth is located approximately 5 Km northeast of the ancient ruins. The center of Corinth and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. All people are welcome.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! New pictures will be uploaded soon!**

Pool Guesthouse

This studio of 45m2 is situated just outside of Corinth on a private property. Therefore you can enjoy quietness, privacy and Greek lifestyle. If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, club etc., you can find it in a 5 mins drive at Loutraki and Korinthos. Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
