Apartment center Schiedam

Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

Dit luxe appartement ligt in het plaatsje Scharendijke aan de voet van de Brouwersdam in een beschutte tuin op loopafstand van het strand. Deze is sfeervol ingericht en biedt plaats voor 2 personen, heeft een eigen ingang, terras en heerlijke veranda met grote gezamenlijke tuin. Op de begane grond bevindt zich de huiskamer met tv, kitchenette, met o.a. koelkast, senseo, en een waterkoker. Luxe badkamer met regendouche. Op de 1e etage bevind zich een ruime slaapkamer met 2 pers boxspring.

In just 5 minutes by train you are in Rotterdam Central and within 30 minutes on the beach of Hoek van Holland. Delft, The Hague and Amsterdam are also easily accessible. The apartment is spacious and has many amenities, a stable WiFi speed of 300 Mbps, a thick mattress of 180 cm wide, a nice living room and TV with Netflix. The view from the 8th floor is on the large windmills of Schiedam.

My fresh renovated studio is a perfect place with all facilities you need. A bright, natural and well-balanced atmosphere makes this place a good stay for business or pleasure. The studio is complete private and has its own entrance. It’s a perfect place to explore Rotterdam and Schiedam. Lovely & calm apartment in Rotterdam West-Center and in front of the river. You can enjoy a lovely view of the canal or the gardens from the balcony. Nice spot for a run around the river, rent a boat (Kaptein company), or go to the beach directly with the new metro in 30mn! A cat lives in the apartment (not for allergic people)
