Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Luxurious Houseboat on the Water

Welcome on board one of the most unique housing experiences in Berlin. This luxurious houseboat, floating on Berlin's river, offers an incomparable view. You can admire the city in the peacefulness of the water, from the rooftop terrace or the comfort of your bed. The house accommodates up to 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two terraces and more. A small electric allows you to access the house and reach the shore whenever you wish. Welcome on board :)

Cozy&Modern 1bed in Mitte - Pet Friendly & Parking

Our apartment in Wedding offers easy access to bus, tram, and subway, with Alexanderplatz just 20 minutes away. It’s perfect for 3 guests but can comfortably accommodate up to 5. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a desk for remote work. The spacious living room features a pull-out single bed and large windows. Additionally, there’s a pull-out double bed in the hallway. Free private parking and pet-friendly accommodation are included at no extra charge. Registration number 01/Z/RA/015941-23

Feel good guarantee, stylish Altbau, best location

66m2 with high ceilings and large windows: Make a lovely, tasteful, spacious, very green & light apartment in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg your place to stay! Trending area, nice cafes (1 downstairs with best coffee & croissants of Berlin!), Restaurants, shops, markets.. short walk to "Kulturbrauerei" and its Sunday food market, the hip and vibe Mauerpark, bio supermarket 50m... Public transport next door. Make your stay an unforgettable experience!!! :)

120-qm-Loft am Fritz-Schloss-Park in Tiergarten

Der Gewerbehof Lehrter Straße, Ecke Kruppstraße ist zentral gelegen, mitten in Berlin in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs unmittelbar am Fritz-Schloss-Park mit Sportplätzen und einer Wellness-Oase. Das großzügige Loft im ersten Obergeschoss liegt sehr ruhig, von der Straße abgewandt mit Blick ins Grüne und verfügt über einen Balkon. Rundum leben und arbeiten sympathische Menschen, die vor allem mit Kunst, Architektur, Design oder Handwerk zu tun haben.

Der Verwunschene Garten

Die Unterkunft ist nach eigenen Ideen künstlerisch gestaltet. Sie befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus im 1. Stock. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe. Die Umgebung ist sehr grünb und ruhig. In fußläufiger Umgebung befinden sich viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafes. Der U Bahnhof Kurt Schumacher Platz ist 400 Meter entfernt. Mit der U 6 ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.

Apartments im Hostel am Schäfersee_08

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Whg. im Hinterhof mit Wohnküche und Bad. Blick zum Hofgarten. Zentral am Schäfersee, 2 min Laufweg zur U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz und Mitte und 15 Min nach Kreuzberg mit der Bahn. Sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus 128 zum Flughafen Tegel, besonders gut, da Easyjet jetzt auch in Tegel landet und startet :-)
