Newly fully furnished apartment quite & great view

Located by the hill, fresh & clean air. A quite place for families, 5 minutes' walk from the sea and promenade Lungomare. Fully furnished apartment with all the necessities to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. It has an elegant style and all the comforts. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies one of which is 20 m2, to enjoy dinner while watching sunsets over the sea as well view of the mountain close by. All the restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in walking distance only 5min walk.

Beautiful new built, 2min from the sea, overlooking a secondary road so you’re far from traffic noice and pollution. You can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the balcony! There’s a living room, fully stocked kitchen, bedroom with king size bed (+ a folding bed), desk and fast Wi-Fi. There’s bars, restaurants and supermarkets literally by the building. You can take nice long walks on the seaside or cycle across the whole city. 50min drive from Dhermi. Good bus connection to Tirana and Saranda

By the seaside, apartment with a perfect view. Sea, sun, moon, mountain, island and peninsula. You just need to go downstairs from the 6 floor, to reach the seaside and a public beach. Calm place, with available public parking spots. These apartments are located on the seashore, overlooking the sea, mountains and the city.The house is located at the very beginning of the Lungo Mare promenade. The house is surrounded by the most modern landscaped area.The location of the house is the intersection of two boulevards: the coastal boulevard Lungo Mare and the city boulevard leading to the old town. The very convenient location of the house allows you to be on the sea, and in the evening take evening walks
