Just a few steps from the sea and the beach, there is a ‘Porpini’ apartment. From the small terrace you can enjoy the wide view across the sea, while sunbathing, listening to the soothing sound of the waves or simply relax, in the shade, with the glass of a cool drink. This small and cosy studio apartment has everything you need for your vacation. Equipped kitchen, TV, air-condo. Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

This adorable studio apartment is perfect for couples or solo travellers. In the middle of the old part of the town Kut, you will find everything you are looking for. Only one street away from the promenade but not to noisy, close to all restaurants, cafes and shops. The studio has got fully eqipped kitchen, the small bathroom, the sleeping area and the sitting area. It has got the private intrance in the 500 years old house and it is newly renovated into a mix of modern and traditional way.

This house is ideal for easy-going, responsible guests who don’t stress when things occasionally go differently than planned, cherish nature, care for water resources and enjoy simple living. BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE CAREFULLY READ DESCRIPTIONS ! Our bay has no road access. From the nearest parking area there is a 10 minute walk along a natural footpath (not suitable for bikes or heavy luggage). Everything here is slower and harder to fix than on the mainland.

It is on the ground floor of a family house, and has separate/private entrance. Hosts do not live on island, but co hosts are always available and on guests disposal. Inside the apt there is a separate bedroom, pull out sofa in living room, fully equipped kitchen.. It is suitable for 3 guests max.

The kitchen has a kettle, two cooking plates, a refrigerator with a freezer, all glassware, plates, we are always trying to leave our guests tea, coffee, sugar, salt end other basic thing for the kitchen. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. You have a large terrace with table, chairs and swing where you can enjoy all day especially in the evening.

Brand new apartment for 2 person 50m2. It consist of one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen/dining room, sofa, balcony with sea view, air condition, dolce gusto coffee mashine, Wi-Fi. From the city center is walking distance about 10 minutes and till the first beach around 10 minutes. Shop is 3 minutes walking. Parking place is on request.
