We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hours. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.
