This 3 story town-home (similar to a Duplex House) is the perfect getaway to enjoy a day at the beach! Only 5 minutes walk to the Oceanfront Boardwalk, you can enjoy an evening walk or have dinner at one of hundreds of restaurants in the area. First master bedroom and 2 other rooms are at second floor. Second master bedroom is third floor. Also we provide key less entry for all door inside, outside the house. Beach chair, grill, etc.... also available for you during the time you stay.

Charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located 1 mile/20 min walk from the oceanfront. Close enough to the oceanfront to enjoy it but also tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The oceanfront is easily accessible with plenty of parking available, or walk/ bike ride using the two provided bicycles. All necessities stocked as well as many extras. 65 inch TV with Cox Cable Tv in the living room for relaxing after the beach.

Our open and spacious cozy beach home is located in peaceful and quiet Old Beach. Our home is a 7 minute walk to the oceanfront beach, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities and sights the boardwalk offers.
