Casa Kenwood

This delightful Spanish-style house is located in Historic Kenwood, a desirable neighborhood close to downtown St. Pete and the trendy Grand Central district. It's a spacious two bedroom , one bath house with an office attached to the master bedroom. Tastefully decorated with vintage magazine posters and comfortable furniture, all the amenities you need are here: laundry, bikes, patio, grill and plentiful street parking. The fully-stocked kitchen has a gas range and dishwasher. Come visit!

Contemporary Family Cottage

Your family can explore all that St. Pete has to offer when you stay at this centrally-located home. With parks, restaurants, shops, the St. Pete Pier, downtown and the Bay all an easy walk away, this location is ideal. The home is one of few in Historic Uptown with its own driveway, which also makes this location perfect to jump on the highway and be at the best beaches in 15 minutes or less! If you do not have a car, just down the block is Round Lake, with a bike and scooter rental hub.

Welcome to this super nice 1 BR/ 1 (or 2) BA home 5 min. N of DT and 10 to beach. Fully remodeled, nicely furnished, solid block guest home with dedicated off-street parking at your door, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, kitchen, private patio with gas grill, in a quiet walkable neighborhood, 3 blocks to a park with an outdoor gym. ADD 2nd Bath w 8 Jet Jacuzzi soak tub, bidet, vanity, and Washer/Dryer ($25 per day, $25 cleaning per stay). OR ADD just Washer/Dryer access ($15 single use).

Kenwood Oasis

Message for open dates not on calendar. Spanish Mediterranean style with rustic charm and modern amenities compliment this homes beautiful exposed brick and stained glass doors. The outdoor living space is amazing with a screened in 30’x30’ breezeway for perfect FL living. Lush tropical landscaping, a great yard and tons of parking on a completely fenced in 1/2 acre lot and all the privacy guests could ask for. Located just 5 minute drive to Central Ave. Downtown St. Pete.
