Prostor Kuća za odmor nalazi se u primorskom selu Vinisce. udaljen je samo 22 km od grada Trogira koji je pod zaštitom UNESCO-a. Kuća pruža idealno polazište za istraživanje cijele regije Sjeverne i Srednje Dalmacije. Nacionalni parkovi Kornati i Krka udaljeni su samo nekoliko sati vožnje. Gradovi Šibenik i Split udaljeni su samo 45 min vožnje od kuće. Mjesto je idealno za obitelji s djecom ili malu skupinu prijatelja. Ako ste u potrazi za mirnim i opuštnim odmorom ovo je pravo mjesto za vas. Seoska luka s kristalno čistom morem udaljena je samo pet minuta (250m) od kuće. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatni parking sa tri slobodne mjesta.. Kuća ima veliku terasu s pogledom na bazen. Uz kuću i apartman je bazen s unutarnjim stepenicama, teren za mini golf, sjenica s garniturom za sjedenje i biljarom, košarkaški teren, roštilj na otvorenome i parkiralište. Unutrašnjost apartmana se sastoji od dvije sobe, kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom, kupaonicom i hodnikom. Soba je opremljena s krevetima vrhunske kvalitete i udobnosti. Apartman je idealan za četiri osobe, a peta po potrebi može biti dijete koje bi spavalo na pomoćnom ležaju.
