Solo estuvimos 2 dias, Carl siempre estuvo atento, el apartamento esta totalmente reformado y limpio, con todo lo necesario. La zona es tranquila y esta bien conectada en transporte publico del centro y artes y ciencias. Y gracias por las cervezas!!

Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem, otrzymaliśmy sporo przydatnych informacji oraz potrzebną pomoc w trakcie awarii prądu w Hiszpanii. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, zgodne z opisem, położone w dogodnej lokalizacji, niedaleko metra, przystanku autobusowego. Krótki spacer do oceanarium oraz na plaże. Szczerze polecam!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Alloggio splendido, esattamente come descritto. Cucina e bagni moderni e curati nei dettagli. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi sia dalla metropolitana che dalla fermata dell’autobus. L’host è stato sempre disponibile e molto flessibile con gli orari del check-in. Consigliatissimo!

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station and only 15-25 minute walk into city center and historical sights. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. Jaime and her associate responded quickly to my questions about early check-in and wifi.

Centrally located, spacious apartment. Nice host, apartment had everything we needed (including dishwasher, washing machine, fast wifi). Supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental, sights, its all around the corner. Two points of attention: its on the third floor with narrow stairs (no problem for us) and garbage bins are emptied during the night (this makes quite some noise).

I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. We are very grateful to you, we would like to come back again. With love from Russia ♥️

We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

Willem y Mark han estado atentos y ha sido muy fácil la comunicación con ellos. Siempre mostraron facilidades para una estancia confortable. A destacar que la camas eran todas muy cómodas y las almohadas también. Repetiría sin dudar.

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Una experiencia maravillosa en un lugar encantador, alejado de los grandes destinos turísticos de España. Ideal para disfrutar en familia, con los abuelos. La casa es impecable y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. El entorno es muy seguro, en un pueblo que muestra vestigios un gran pasado y que hoy está en pleno proceso de revitalización. A solo unas cuadras de la casa, hay varios bares acogedores y, a poco más de 15 minutos, se pueden encontrar excelentes opciones gastronómicas. Además, los centros urbanos están a menos de una hora de distancia. Este destino es perfecto para quienes desean escapar del lujo de Marbella, y quieren pasar unos días en familia. En verano el calor puede ser intenso, los anfitriones nos proporcionaron dos ventiladores que hicieron que la casa no fuera tan calurosa y siempre estuvieron presentes y demostraron su preocupación por las distintas situaciones que podían acontecer, haciendo nuestra estancia aún más agradable! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con il nostro bambino di 20 mesi. Ariadna ha messo tutto l’ occorrente a disposizione, dal lettino al seggiolone per la pappa e anche tanti giochi per poterlo intrattenere. La cucina e i bagni erano dotati di ogni comfort. A pochi passi dall’appartamento è presente sia la fermata del bus che della metro. Il centro si raggiunge facilmente con i mezzi. Nel quartiere sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari: supermercati farmacie e un’ottima panetteria. L’host è stata molto gentile fornendo anche tante indicazioni utili su valencia. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento.

Notre séjour chez José Roman s est très bien passé. L appartement est très beau, propre, très bien équipé et frais (parfait pour les grosses chaleurs!!) José Roman est très accueillant et fort de propositions et de petites attentions. L appartement est bien situé à proximité de la place et a 10mn du centre en vélo (les pistes cyclables sont géniales!!! Il y a un loueur de vélo à 2mn). Le seul bémol c est que les murs sont fins et les voisins étaient malheureusement très bruyants tard le soir et tôt le matin (déplacement de meubles, portes qui claquent et même visseuse à 23h) mais c était sans doute inhabituel car les autres commentaires ne l avaient pas mentionnés)

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne und tolle Wohnung. Das Sitzen auf der Terrasse im Innenhof ruhig und entspannend. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

As an air bnb host myself I have high expectations which were absolutely exceeded!!! We loved being in the hustle and bustle of the beautiful city. Having a coffee or glass of wine sitting in the balcony people watching was such an experience. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Veronica, spacieux, bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine même si nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Valence. Nous recommandons vivement et nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner chez Veronica lors de notre prochain séjour à Valence.

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken waren, nach anfänglichen Sprachschwierigkeiten, über Maria und dem Co Juan komplikationslos. Dank digitaler Übersetzer. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Der Backofen war defekt und verursachte Kurzschlüsse. Das wurde sehr gut von Juan gemanagt. Die Wohnung wurde kurzfristig mit einem nagelneuen Backofen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns 12 Tage und Nächte wohl gefühlt. Danke
