Lovely house in the old town

Lovely little house in old town with a roof terrace and only five minutes’ walk to the beach. Kitchen, bathroom and dining area on the ground floor. Living room, bedroom and loft on the first floor. Both bedroom and living room have small balconies. Small roof terrace with table and chairs. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Very nice area with restaurants by the beach and on the square by the church. Good opportunity to enjoy the beach, beautiful walks and a nice, lively neighbourhood.

Restored 1930s home in Old Town.

This historic home is the perfect spot for an authentic Spanish holiday in Benidorm. With a spacious patio to enjoy the the weather, connected to kitchen and living room to create amazing memories and experiences with your family and friends. The interior of this restored house is charming and welcoming. Guests can enjoy two bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each of them with bathroom. The location is at the heart of downtown a few meters from the beach.

Welcome at home! Your new 250 m² luxury villa with 600 m garden, private swimming pool and BBQ, located in a small and exclusive neighbourhood very close to beach. The tasteful and exclusive interior fittings and furnishings invite you to relax and enjoy every moment, completely undisturbed. There are two Golf Courses at 10 mns drive. Although there are two bus lines or it's easy to get a taxi to come at the door house, it is preferable to have a car to go to the beach or Alicante.

Unikátní dům ve starém městě s 360 stupňovou úžasnou terasou pro rodinu nebo partu přátel Dům se nachází ve starém městě malebného přímořského městečka Villajoyosa, 3 minuty chůze od prostorné písečné pláže "Platja de Villajoyosa" na pobřeží Costa Blanca, celoročně nejteplejším místu ve Španělsku. Jen pár kroků od pekárny, kaváren, restaurací a obchodů. Ulice je pouze pro pěší. Auta tudy neprojíždějí. 5 minut od domu je bezplatné parkoviště u pláže platná licence VT-494031-A

Tastefully decorated and comfortable 2BDR located in a private residential in short walk from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, open style kitchen, living room and open terrace with a side sea view. The property is equipped with everything for comfortable stay: Internet, air-conditioning, flat TV, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The building has elevators and shared pool. 5 min walk to the beach and a restaurant, 10 min drive to shopping mall.

Studio en la playa, perfecto para tus vacaciones!

Es un estudio recién reformado, y bien equipado con todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de una tranquila y feliz estancia. Es ideal para parejas, también si tienes un bebé será muy bienvenido! Está situado justo en primera linea del mar, donde puedes disfrutar de un agradable y bonito paseo maritimo. Una hermosa playa con aguas cristalinas, lo mejor que te ofrece el Mediterraneo. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor, puedes encontrar supermercado y farmacia cerca.

La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única.
