Delizioso appartamento sito al 3 piano senza ascensore, ristrutturato di recente è dotato di impianto di condizionamento e zanzariere, due balconi e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Si affaccia su una delle piazze principali del paese, è vicino alla stazione (300 metri) e comodo a qualunque tipo di negozio Attraversando il centro é possibile raggiungere sia il porto che il lungomare (1 km circa sia dal lungomare di San Benedetto che da quello di Grottammare).

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
