Le personnel d’accueil était très sympathique, parlant couramment anglais et espagnol, toujours disponible pour aider. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Petit axe d’amélioration, la poussière cachée dans la chambre sous le lit et les meubles. En cas de coupure de courant il existe un générateur qui permet de pallier au manque, ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Communication with Luis was excellent so from the start I felt confident booking at B&B Lizardo . It’s such a unique & cool property. A grand colonial home decorated with style and every detail thought of. There are many common areas to enjoy from balconies, rooftop terrace, courtyards, and lovey living spaces. Very relaxing space. There’s also a cute bar where you get coffee sodas cocktails. The hosts Lester and his wife( I’m so sorry I forgot her name )are very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size, good air conditioning. Modern bathrooms with excellent hot water and water pressure. Comfy beds. Great location a couple of blocks off the pedestrian only boulevard with many shops and vendors.

Spectacular! Extraordinary hosts! We highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS B&B! Sandra and Laura went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, they suggested an amazing local restaurant for us to dine and also arranged a taxi transfer for us! The house is a traditional Cuban colonial style well maintained with all facilities. The photos don’t do it justice! We couldn’t thank them enough for everything that they have done so we can have an amazing experience!

This place is an oasis of style and comfort in the middle of a busy city. We loved our room, the courtyard/dining and relaxing space and chose to spend time there each day. The breakfasts were excellent, served in and on beautiful china and I had wonderful fresh mint tea each day. We also ate at the casa on the night of our arrival and it was a feast! The mural by a local artist and decorative artifacts in the hotel add to the whole experience. Ketty and the team were also able to sort transport for us to the botanical gardens and El Nico waterfalls, as well as our onward journey. We had air conditioning for a part of each day, which was unusual compared to other places on our trip. Bravo!

A refined oasis of calm and beauty. Eclectic mix of antiques and modern, combined with the best food we had in Cuba, and exceedingly helpful and friendly people always available made this Casa the most relaxing and enjoyable we stayed at. Thank-you Ketty and all.

Jenni and Ketty were great hosts with art gallery like property. I had great time looking at all her art collection, beautiful furniture's and surrounding. all the local recommendation was thorough and we got to visit most of them. strongly recommend her place if you are art lover and looking for a place to unwind and connect. I'd l9ve to come back in the future.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Bett war extrem bequem, Bad war sauber. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen werden liebevoll zubereitet in passendem Ambiente. Jenni & ihr Team machen einen tollen Job, können wir nur empfehlen!
