A casaporto.207 nasce dum sonho de um casal apaixonado pelas memórias e pela Cidade do Porto. Localizada na Rua dos Caldeireiros em pleno Centro Histórico do Porto e classificado pela UNESCO como Património da Humanidade desde 1996, este edifício serviu em tempos de cenário de fundo a uma oficina de ferreiro e à residência de um mercador. Hoje, a reconstrução do edifício do séc. XVII foi cuidadosamente pensada para oferecer novas vivências, momentos e experiências que queremos partilhar consigo.

Panoramic São Bento

O apartamento encontra-se num edifício centenário completamente renovado. A sua localização é excelente com os principais ícones da cidade ao redor. A 100m da Rua Santa Catarina, 400m da ponte Luis I, a 500m da Ribeira, 400m da Torre dos Clérigos. Junto à Praça dos Poveiros. A vista do apartamento é fantástica. Situado por cima da Estação de São Bento consegue ver toda a cidade histórica. O prédio possui elevador e o apartamento contém todos os elementos necessários para uma excelente estadia.

Não recomendado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, pois o acesso ao estudio são feitos pela escadaria da zona histórica. Temos dois terraços, partilhados para duas casas.
