Walking distance to Victoria General Hospital, a block away from the Galloping Goose trail and a 10-15 min drive to Victoria the Westshore, beaches, and golfing. Stairway access to the suite above the garage in a family home. There is a balcony to relax, overlooking back gardens. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a dishwasher. With a 2 minutes walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 minute drive to the shopping centre, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Vancouver Island.
