LOCATION The apartment is located in the middle of Vienna’s most popular design and fashion district. Nearby are the Museumsquartier, Hofburg, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Natural History Museum, the Ringstrasse with its historical buildings, Viennese coffee houses, bars and a multitude of shops. The city center is within walking distance (20 minutes) or accessible by subway in just a few minutes. • Centrally located in the 7th district of Vienna’s fashion, design and museums quarter • 5 minutes to the subway station: Volkstheater (U3, U2) • 2 stops from there to Stephansplatz, the city center • Ground Floor apartment • Orientated to a quiet inner courtyard APARTMENT The 40 sqm apartment for 2 persons has been newly redesigned and is both very quiet and bright. Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

In der Inneren Stadt trifft Moderne auf Wiener Charme

Das helle, großzügige Apartment im 7. Stockwerk, bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 5 Gäste. Die gesamte Wohnung. Beim Checkin gebe ich gerne Tipps für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Wien. Während des Aufenthalts bin ich jederzeit erreichbar. Willkommen im historischen Kern von Wien! Stephansdom und Staatsoper liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe: der Donaukanal mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und einer Schiffsstation für Ausflüge nach Bratislava. Im Appartement liegt eine Infomappe bereit, in der Sie alle wichtigen Lokale, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehrsmittel und weiteres finden. Wien ist eine tolle Stadt. Unser Apartement liegt im ältesten und schönsten Teil der Stadt. Nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Urban Oasis mitten in der Stadt– ruhig & grün

Sie befinden sich im Herzen von Wien. Dieses Deluxe- Studio befindet sich in einem ruhigen, efeubewachsenen Innenhof, nur 200 Schritte vom Dom entfernt, im historischen Teil von Wien. Sie können buchstäblich überall hin zu Fuß gehen und es gibt wundervolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Studio (27m2) selbst ist komplett neu gestaltet, das Bad und die Möbel sind komplett neu. Obwohl zentral, ist es sehr ruhig. Professionelle Reinung und Desinfektion sorgt für 5-Stern Sauberkeit.

Unser Apartment samt Balkon mit ungefähr 44m² und einer senfgelben Nuance eignet sich perfekt für Businessgäste oder Wien-Entdecker. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage findet man sich hier in einer grünen und ruhigen Umgebung wieder und kann dadurch sowohl entspannen, aber auch schnell mitten ins Geschehen losziehen. Durch die Vollausstattung sollte jeder unserer Gäste bei uns alles finden, um sich praktisch wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Du wirst dieses Apartment lieben: Wegen des modernen Komforts, der hellen, hohen Räume, der exquisiten Einrichtung, der echten Antiquitäten, dem Flair des frühen 20. Jhd., dem ruhigen, kleinen Park vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für längere Aufenthalte, für Paare und für Geschäftsreisende. Die U-Bahn Station ist quasi vor der Haustüre. Die Innenstadt, Oper, Naschmarkt und Museen sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

A few steps away from city center, this high-end 70 m² apartment offers space for up to 4 people. 20 m² terrace available facing a private quiet courtyard. The apartment is fitted with parquet floors . There is one bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a sofa bed (150x200) for two persons in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Minimum Rent 91 days. No short term rental anymore.
