House in Vienna at lake "Alte Donau"

If you want to relax and still be in the city, this is the place to be, suitable for winter and summer. The city center can be reached by underground within 20 minutes. The house offers beds for up to 7 people and is suitable for groups and families. However, it can also be a hideaway for couples. The house is close to the lake "Alte Donau" that offers a cooling swim in summer. There are lots of other possibilities for sport (riding bikes, jogging,...). Bila supermarket 5 mins walk from house.

Grüne Oase an der Therme

New apartment with a wonderful view of the countryside. Nice terrace. Completely quiet location and still only 15 minutes by subway to the center of Vienna. A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. A large recreation park is located directly behind the building. A daily open cafe with breakfast and daily menu is also in the immediate vicinity. Gym in the building.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an Art Nouveau building in Vienna's historic Alsergrund district, just 50 meters from the U6 Nußdorferstraße underground station and a 10-minute direct tram ride to the city center. The apartment has free WiFi, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. They also have underfloor heating.
